Vsmall is used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes in adults when diet and exercise alone are not sufficient to control blood glucose levels. It may be prescribed as monotherapy or in combination with other antidiabetic medications such as metformin, sulfonylureas, or insulin. Dosage and Direction
